Travel
Chasing new perspectives
When I find a quiet moment, my instinct is to set off somewhere new. I've been lucky to visit 40 countries across six continents. See them all on the globe.
No classroom compares to what you learn out in the world: navigating new places, communicating across language barriers, wandering unfamiliar streets with spotty reception. Those moments are what make travel meaningful.

Outdoor adventures
Nature is my source of grounding. Moving to Colorado in 2018 was one of the best decisions I've made.
When challenges pile up, my remedy is simple: phone off, a drive into the mountains, and a hike. The truest joys tend to be the simplest ones.
Family
Time with family
Landing at DTW and heading to West Bloomfield always fills me with joy. That's where my parents, brother, sister-in-law, and niece are. My mom's warmth leaves an impression on everyone she meets, and my dad and I share a love of travel and the mountains.
My brother and I grew up bonding over hockey, and watching him become a father has been inspiring. Our family is built on love, shared experiences, and support. It's the foundation of who I am.
